The cost to bring a plus one to Impact is $1,200, and the cost to bring a plus one to Winners Circle is $1,250. You are responsible for booking their flights.

A valid, government issued passport is required for all guests, including infants, to enter Mexico. Your passport must be valid at the time of entry.

You have the option to book your own flight.

If you would like a flight booked on your behalf, please choose that option during the registration process. Our travel partner (Adelman) will book your flight and email you a copy of your itinerary.

You have the option to book your own flight(s).

If you would like flights booked on behalf of you and your guest, please select the option during the registration process (including Guest form). Our travel partner (Adelman) will book your flights and email you and your guest a copy of the itineraries.

Our partners at Adelman Travel will make flight adjustments on your behalf. Agent Assist will be available 24/7 via email or phone (contact information coming soon).

Please note there is a $25 Agent Assist fee per transaction for all changes/cancellations.

If you qualified for a flight, you will receive up to a $750 travel credit towards the flight booked on your behalf. Any amount that exceeds the credit will be charged to your backend.

If you qualified for a guest and opted for Vivint to book your guest travel, that total cost will also be charged to your backend.

If you did NOT qualify for a travel credit, the total cost of your flight will be charged to your backend.

Agent Assist charges are $25 per transaction, these fees will be charged to your backend.

During registration, you will be asked if you would like to extend your stay in Mexico. Extension is based on approval and availability. Extension will be at your own expense, email Mexico2024@vivint.com for availability.

We will provide transportation from the airport to the hotel/resort & from the hotel/resort to the airport. For additional transportation dates for each wave, go under 'Travel Info' under the 'Impact + Winners Circle' section.
